Today's Menu: Bison Sirloin Steak w/ Sauteed Mushrooms, Baked Potato, and Hearth Grain Bread
For dinner tonight I had my favorite Steak, Bison Sirloin Steak. Seasoned with McCormick Grinder Steakhouse Seasoning and pan fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 4 minutes a side, makes a nice medium rare. Covered with sauteed Mushrooms and sides of a Baked Potato with Salt and Pepper. Also had Kroger Bakery Hearth Grain Bread. Dessert later a Eggo Whole Grain Waffle topped with Mango and Pineapple Salsa. I posted this Salsa recipe a while back and have grown to really love it, keep some on hand all the time now. Perfect with the Waffle!
