Dinner Tonight: Catfish Nuggets w/ Shells & Cheese and Whole Grain Bread
Fried up about 1 1/2 lbs. of Catfish Nuggets for everyone tonight. Easy to make I seasoned the Nuggets with Sea Salt and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper and then rolled in Italian Bread Crumbs. Fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 3 minutes per side on medium heat. As sides had Velveeta/Kraft Shells and Cheese (Made w/ 2% Milk) and Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread.
