Shredded Chicken Breast Sandwich w/ Garden Delight Pasta Salad


Today's Menu: Shredded Chicken Breast Sandwich w/ Garden Delight Pasta Salad

I had some Rotisserie Chicken leftover from the other night so I shredded the Breast meat and served it on an Healthy Life Whole Grain Bun. Topped it with a slice of Monterey Jack Cheese and J B"s Chipotle Barbeque Sauce, love that sauce! For a side I had Ronzoni Garden Delight Rotini Pasta Salad. Boiled the Pasta 10 minutes and then added Sliced Black Olives, Anchovies, Kalamata Black Olives, Turkey Pepperoni, and seasoned with Pepper, Sea Salt and McCormick Grinder Italian Seasoning. For dessert a Breyer's 100 Calorie Ice Cream Bar.
