Baked Ham and Swiss Sub w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham and Swiss Sub w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast I made my Skillet Potatoes and Ham for Breakfast. I used 1 package of Simply Potatoes Steakhouse Seasoned Diced Potatoes and a package of Meijer Diced Ham to prepare it. Just
cooked the Potatoes according to the package instructions and with about 5 minutes of cooking time left add the Diced Ham.  I topped it with Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a Fried Egg Sunnyside Up. And Breakfast is served! Had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A little better day out there than yesterday, high of 32 degrees and partly sunny. After Lunch I headed up to a local rehab center to see a friend of mine's father. He had lost part of his foot to Diabetes and was having a rough time. It was good seeing everyone, just under better circumstances next time! For Dinner tonight, a  Baked Ham and Swiss Sub w/ Baked Fries

For my Sub I'll need; Aunt Millie’s Deli Style Whole Grain Mini Sub Buns, Boar's Head Sweet
Sliced Ham, al fresco Uncured Chicken Bacon, 2 slices of Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese, Kraft Light Mayo w/ Olive Oil, and Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing.

I started by grabbing a skillet and spraying it with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray and heating it on medium heat. For the Bacon I’m using al fresco Uncured Chicken Bacon. If you’ve never tried this Bacon you need to give it a try. It fries up perfect with an excellent taste. I buy it at Meijer, it’s the only store I’ve found to carry it. I need to 2 slices but fried up 5 slices. Always remember when frying Bacon use Bacon Math. Just decide how many slices you’ll need and double it or so. Because, at least when I fry Bacon, you end up eating as much as you fix as you’re preparing it! Sit the Bacon aside until ready to use.

To make the Sub I took the bottom half of the Bun and layered it the Mayo and a slice of Swiss
Cheese. Then layered it with the Ham, 2 slices of Swiss Cheese, Chicken Bacon, a drizzle of the Italian Dressing, and topped it with the top half of the Sub Bun. Last, I drizzled more of the Italian Dressing over to of it.

I had already preheated the oven to 400 degrees, I then laid the Sub on a small baking sheet and
baked it for about 12 minutes. Took it out and the Sub was a light golden brown and the Cheese was melted. Love these Baked Ham and Swiss Subs!

I also baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For Dessert/Snack later, while watching the Super Bowl, a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink.

Aunt Millie's Whole Grain Mini Sub Buns

Baked with whole grain flour for added nutrition or both kids and adults, this mini sub buns is smaller version of the classic sub bun.  Each bun is 5" long and has a split top, and are hinge sliced, fully baked and ready to eat.

Baked Ham, Salami, and Provolone Mini Sub w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham, Salami, and Provolone Mini Sub w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I prepared 2 Jennie - O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, 1 Egg Sunnyside
Up, and 2 slices of toasted Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread (Lightly Buttered). Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I did a load of laundry for Mom and cleaned up around the house. Whole lot of rain yesterday and today, a heavier today. Rain a bit too much for me to load the wheelchair and then get it out to go see Dad. Hopefully later this week it will clear up. For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Ham, Salami, and Provolone Mini Sub w/ Baked Fries.

To make the sandwich I’ll need; Kroger 100% Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls, Boar’s Head Sweet Sliced Ham, Private Selection Hard Salami, Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone Cheese, Kraft Lite Italian Dressing, Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/ Olive Oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for brushing the tops of the buns while baking).

I used Boar’s Head Sweet Sliced Ham. I had purchased the Ham at Kroger, on sale the other day. I
love all the Boar’s Head Meats and Cheese. Always fresh and lower in calories and sodium, the Ham is 60 calories per serving. Then I also used Private Selection Hard Salami, 110 calories per serving. For the Cheese I used Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone Cheese which is only 40 calories per slice. To make the Sub I put a slathering of the Kraft Mayo on the bottom half of the Bun. Then layered the Ham, the Salami, Provolone Cheese, Kraft Lite Italian Dressing, and topped with the top half of the Bun. To help the bun brown a bit I brushed the top of Bun with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I had already preheated the oven to 400 degrees, I then laid the Sub on a small baking sheet and baked it for about 12 minutes. Took it out and the Sub was a light golden brown and the Cheese was melted. Love these Ham Subs, along with the added Salami! I prepared one for Mom when she got home later.

Then for a side I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For dessert later a Weight Watcher's .

Boar’s Head Sweet Slice Boneless Smoked Ham
With natural juices.

Enjoy the exceptional flavor of a traditional bone-in ham without the bone. Available in the Deli retail case as a center of the plate item or at the Service Deli sliced by the pound for a sandwich of note.

Baked Ham and Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham and Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast I had a toasted Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin, lightly buttered, and a cup of
Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I had to go to the local Kroger and pick up a couple of
items for tonight's Dinner. It's another hot and humid day out there, so not a lot going on outside. Did a load of laundry and then it was some computer work. Ran the virus checks, deleted some old files and reinstalled a couple of programs. Everything done, kicked back and watched some programs I had recorded. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Family Favorite, Baked Ham and Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

I hadn’t had these in quite a while and Mom and Dad had been wanting them so I went with this for
tonight’s dinner. To make these delicious sliders I’ll need; Pepperidge Farm Wheat Slider Buns   (12 ct.), Boar’s Head Deluxe Ham, Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese (6 slices divided in half) which is 40 calories and 1 carb per slice (but I’ll only be adding a half a slice per sandwich), 4 Tbsp. butter melted (Blue Bonnet Light Stick Butter), 2 tsp. Onion Powder, 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. Ken’s Steak House Lite Poppy Seed Dressing, and 1/2 tsp. French’s Yellow Mustard. This recipe makes 12 servings. I’ve made this before making just 6 of them, cutting the Ingredient amounts in half and it came out perfect. By using Ken’s Steak House Lite Poppy Seed Dressing, Blue Bonnet Light Stick Butter, Ultra Thin Slice of Cheese or by going with low fat, reduced fat, low carb you can end up reducing the fat, calorie and carb count on the recipe. It all adds up!

To start; I preheated the oven at 350 degrees. Then to prepare them I started by placing the bottom
half of the bun in a deep baking pan, about 11″ x 14″ pan. Topped the bottom half of the rolls in the pan with Ham Slices and then topped with the Swiss Cheese slices. Placed the top of the rolls on the sandwiches. Mixed together the Butter, Onion Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, Poppyseed Dressing, and Mustard. Then poured the mixture evenly over top the sandwiches. Covered the pan with foil and baked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to allow the rolls to crisp. Remove from oven to cool and serve. You’ll love these Sliders! Ham and Swiss with the Mustard and Poppy Seed Dressing Mixture is just flat out delicious! Hard to beat these Sliders!

To accompany my Baked Ham and Swiss Sandwiches I prepared some Baked Ore Ida Crinkle Fries. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Mousse.

Chicken, Turkey Bacon, and Swiss Sandwich w/ Hash Browns

Dinner Tonight: Chicken, Turkey Bacon, and Swiss Sandwich w/ Hash Browns

Had a good first half of the night and then about 3:00 this morning I started having the Phantom
Pains! So needless to say my sleep was over for the night. They finally stopped around 11:00 this morning. I was tired but I was not going to miss out on this beautiful Spring like day! It was 54 degrees at 6:00 this morning. It was a perfect day out, sunny and near 70 degrees. So I had a light Breakfast, did some light house cleaning, and I was gone outside!. Got the cart out for the afternoon. Went down by the lake and stopped and chatted with the neighbors. Good to see everyone and to be outside. For dinner tonight I prepared a Chicken, Turkey Bacon, and Swiss Sandwich w/ Hash Browns.

To make the Sandwich I'll need; PERDUE® Crispy Chicken Strips, Jennie - O Turkey Bacon
Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese, Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/ Olive Oil, Aunt Millie's Reduced Calorie Hamburger Buns.

To prepare it I preheated the oven to 425°F . Sprayed a small baking sheet with cooking spray. Placed frozen strips in single layer on baking sheet. Baked for 16 to 18 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150°F - 160°F. Turn patties halfway through heating time. Golden brown and delicious! Love these, I've been having them for lunch for a while now and thought I would have them for dinner for a change.

As the Chicken Strips were baking I fried my Turkey Bacon. Used a large skillet that I sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray and heated it on medium heat. When heated, I fried up 4 slices of the Jennie- O Turkey Bacon. I only needed 2 of the slices but as always when frying Bacon you have to use Bacon math on the calculations of how much you need and how much to fry! Always cook an extra 2 slices of Bacon because you know your going to grab a slice or two as you're frying it. When cooked set the Bacon on a paper towel lined plate until ready to use.

To build the Sandwich I took the bottom bun and started with a slice of Swiss Cheese, Kraft Mayo, Chicken Strips, Turkey Bacon, Stone Ground Mustard, and top half of bun. And Done! One very good Chicken Sandwich! Then for a side for my Sandwich I prepared some Simply Potatoes Hash Browns. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Double Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.

Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

For Breakfast I made my Skillet Potatoes and Ham for Breakfast. I used 1 package of Simply
Potatoes Steakhouse Seasoned Diced Potatoes and a package of Meijer Diced Ham to prepare it. Just cook the Potatoes according to the package instructions and with about 5 minutes of cooking time left add the Diced Ham. You can serve this topped with a fried Egg, diced Onions, or Shredded Cheese. I topped mine this morning with Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Colby – Jack Cheese and a Fried Egg Sunnyside Up. And Breakfast is served! Had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea.

Cleaned the kitchen after Breakfast, did the morning work out, and then took Mom's car up to the Car Wash and had it cleaned for her. Back home tidied up around the house. Had lunch and I headed out
for a while. It's a beautiful day out, sunny and around 50 degrees! Got out in the car and went for a drive out to my old neighborhood, Ross Ohio. It had been a while since I had been out there so I took advantage of this beautiful day and went out to the old homestead. Ross isn't a very big place but as all small towns it's gradually getting bigger. Back in the day when I was growing up there it was farming community. We had a Dairy Queen, an Ival's Pizza, The Castle Bar/Diner, an IGA Market, and a small Deli Carry-Out. And that was it now there's quite a few more places to eat and more on the way as more housing are being built and less farm land. Anyway back home and tonight I prepared a Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup.

To make the Sub I'll need; Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham, Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss
Cheese, Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/ Olive Oil, and Aunt Millie's Deli Style Whole Grain Mini Sub Buns.

I used Boar’s Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham. I had purchased the Boar’s Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham at Kroger, on sale the other day. I love all the Boar’s Head Meats and Cheese. Always fresh and lower in calories and sodium, the Ham is 60 calories per serving.  I also used Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese which is only 40 calories per slice. Topped it with Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/ Olive Oil. To help the bun brown a bit I brushed the top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I had already preheated the oven to 400 degrees, I then laid the Sub on a small baking sheet and baked it for about 12 minutes. Took it out and the Sub was a light golden brown and the Cheese was melted. Love these Ham and Swiss Subs!

Then I also heated up some Amy’s Organic Creamy Tomato Soup. My favorite Tomato Soup by far. I’ve been using this a few years now. Creamy with a fantastic flavor and it’s 110 calories and 19 carbs. I also had a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Swirl Frozen Yogurt.

Ham and Swiss Wrap w/ Cream of Tomato Soup

Dinner Tonight: Ham and Swiss Wrap w/ Cream of Tomato Soup

Had a light Breakfast of a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin topped with I Can't Belive It's

Not butter and a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea, After Breakfast I headed to Meijer. I had went a couple of days ago and they had Walleye on sale, which we had last night. It was some of the freshest and best tasting Walleye we had ever had! So I went back up to Meijer to pick up a couple of more fillets that I'll be putting in the freezer.  Back home I did a little house cleaning inside and leaf cleaning outside. After that I got the cart out to enjoy another perfect Autumn Day. Sunny and 70 degrees, perfect! For dinner tonight I prepared a Ham and Swiss Wrap w/ Cream of Tomato Soup.

Sandwich and Soup just sounded good for a cool Autumn's Day. So I prepared a Ham and Swiss
Wrap w/ Cream of Tomato Soup. To make the Wrap I'll be using Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham, Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese, Private Selection Sweet Hot Stone Ground Mustard, Lettuce and Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax. All this comes together to make one delicious and healthy Sandwich!

I used my favorite Ham, Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham. Just love the taste of this Ham. Also used 2 slices of Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese, 40 calories a slice. Then I topped it with Lettuce and Kroger Private Selection Sweet Hot Stone Ground Mustard. I use the  Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax quite often for lunch, love this with the Flax and 7g of Fiber! These are always so fresh and they several different types. I find them at Meijer, Walmart, and Kroger (Limited Types).

For my Soup I used Amy’s Organic Creamy Tomato Soup. My favorite Tomato Soup by far. I’ve been using this a couple of years now. Creamy with a fantastic flavor and it’s 110 calories and 19 carbs. I also had an ice-cold Diet Dr. Pepper, that I had put in the freezer for about 12 minutes, to drink. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Swirl Frozen Greek Yogurt.

Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham

A sweet treat that is nutritious and delicious. This ham has 100% pure maple syrup and golden honey baked right in, making it a great choice for sandwiches and salads alike.

Baked Ham & Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Steak Fries

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham & Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Steak Fries

It's been a dreary and rainy out today. About 8:00 this morning I went to McDonald's to get Mom and
Dad's Breakfast for them. I was going through the drive - thru and I noticed the car ahead of me the, man in the car got out and looked as though he was counting the cars in line behind us. I got up to the pay window and the server said your meal is paid for. The car ahead of me gave the girl $200 and said just keep paying for the meals until you run out. So thank you to the gentlemen in front of me, a very nice gesture and I hope the nice gesture comes back your way! Ran a couple of errands for Mom and that was about it for my day today. For dinner tonight I prepared Baked Ham & Swiss Sliders w/ Baked Steak Fries.

I hadn't prepared these in quite a while and Mom had been wanting them so I went with this for
tonight's dinner. To make these delicious sliders I'll need; Kroger Whole Wheat Slider Buns (12 ct.), Boar's Head Honey Smoked Ham (8 oz.), Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese (6 slices) which is 40 calories and 1 carb per slice (but I’ll only be adding a half a slice per sandwich), 4 Tbsp. butter  melted (Blue Bonnet Light Stick Butter), 2 tsp. Dried Onion, 1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. Ken's Steak House Lite Poppyseed Dressing, and 1/2 tsp. French's Yellow Mustard. This recipe makes 12 servings. I've made this before making just 6 of them, cutting the Ingredient amounts in half and it came out perfect. By using Ken's Steak House Lite Poppy Seed Dressing, Blue Bonnet Light Stick Butter, Ultra Thin Slice of Cheese or by going with low fat, reduced fat, low carb you can end up reducing the fat, calorie and carb count on any recipe. It all adds up.

To start; I preheated the oven at 350 degrees. Then to prepare them I started by placing the bottom
half of the bun in a deep baking pan, about 11″ x 14″ pan. Topped the rolls in the pan with ham slices, and top with the Swiss cheese slices. Placed the top of the rolls on the sandwiches. Mixed together the butter, onion, Worcestershire, dressing, and mustard. Then poured the mixture evenly over top the sandwiches. Covered the pan with foil and baked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to allow the rolls to crisp. Remove from oven to cool and serve. You'll love these Sliders! Ham and Swiss with the Mustard and Poppy Seed Dressing Mixture is just flat out delicious! Hard to beat these Sliders!

To accompany my Baked Ham and Swiss Sandwiches I prepared some Baked Ore Ida Steak Fries. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt.

Triple Decker Sandwich - Ham, Turkey Pastrami, Turkey Bacon, Swiss Cheese,.....

Dinner Tonight: Triple Decker Sandwich - Ham, Turkey Pastrami, Turkey Bacon, Swiss Cheese, and Boston Bib Lettuce

It's the lazy, hazy, days of Summer, In May! Don't mind the heat but the humidity, I can't stand! We have another one of those days out again. After Breakfast I went to the local Meijer, they had a lot of good 2 Day Savings going on, 5% off every item was one of them! After Lunch I got the cart out for a bit and grabbed a weed puller and went around the yard and flower beds and got rid of some weeds, lot of Dandelions this year. For dinner tonight a Triple Decker Sandwich and a 1/2 of a Baked Potato.

I had something else planned but a good ole Triple Decker just sounded too good! For the Meat I
used Boar's Head Honey Smoked Ham, Jennie - O Turkey Pastrami, and Jennie - O Turkey Bacon. Using these Meats I save a lot of Calories and Carbs using Boar's Head and Jennie - O Turkey Products. For addtional toppings I used Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo w/ Olive Oil, Sweet Hot Stone Ground Mustard, Boston Bib Lettuce, Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss, and Klosterman Wheat Bread. To build this "Bad Boy of Sandwiches"; I first toasted my Bread (3 slices). Got the first slice and layered it the Kraft Mayo, then a layer of the Boar's Head Ham, a slice of Swiss, and topped it with the second slice of Bread. On top of that the Boston Bib Lettuce, two pieces of Turkey Bacon, then I layered the Turkey Pastrami, spread the Stone Ground Mustard, a slice of Swiss Cheese, and the last slice of Bread. Now this is a Sandwich! This hit the spot, fresh, delicious, and not to filling. I also had a side of Ruffles Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips and an ice-cold Diet Dr. Pepper that I had in the freezer for about 10 minutes! For a dessert/snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Jolly Time Pop Corn.

Ham, Turkey, and Swiss Pocket Sandwich w/ Potato Soup

Dinner Tonight: Ham, Turkey, and Swiss Pocket Sandwich w/ Potato Soup

We set a record day low this morning, minus 3 degrees, but help is on the horizon! In the 40's over the weekend and 50's and 60 degrees next week, a heat wave! With a whole lot of sunshine along with it. So that will be a nice change of pace. Laundry day and ran the vacuum. Not much going on after that. For dinner something new, I prepared a Ham, Turkey, and Swiss Pocket Sandwich w/ Potato Soup.

On my last visit to Kroger I searched around for some different things to have for dinner. I came across the Brownberry Pocket Thins Flatbread Healthy Multi-Grain in the Bread aisle. Then at the Deli I ordered some Boar's Head Smoked Honey Ham and Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Cured Turkey Breast. I also grabbed a small head of Boston Bib Lettuce and a package of Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese. First time I've tried the Brownberry Pocket Thins Flatbread Healthy Multi-Grain. The Pocket Thin was very fresh and only 100 calories, 15 net carbs, and 1.5 g fat per serving (1/2 flatbread). Plus there's 10 g of whole grains and 5 grams of fiber. Easy to use; Each piece comes pre-sliced in half. Just tear along the seam and open the pocket up and stuff with your ingredients.

So my stuffing ingredients are Boar's Head Smoked Honey Ham, Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Cured Turkey Breast, Kroger Private Selection Sweet Hot Stone Ground Mustard, and Boston Bib Lettuce. So easy to prepare and makes one delicious sandwich! I love all the Boar's Head meat and cheese products, always fresh. You can stuff these with any ingredients so there's an endless variety of sandwiches.

To go with my Pocket Sandwich I heated up some Campbell's Chunky Baked Potato Soup with Cheddar and Bacon Bits. Comes in a microwavable container, just microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds and you have my favorite Chunky Soup! The homemade Potato Soup I made last week was good but the Campbell's Chunky Baked Potato Soup with Cheddar and Bacon Bits is the best there is. For a dessert/snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Jolly Time Pop Corn.

Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

Dinner Tonight: Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

I had to go back to my Family Doctor Today. My allergies or sinus was driving me crazy, wrote me a prescription. Later had the car washed and the inside swept out. Another hot and humid day out again, not much of an appetite in this weather. For dinner I prepared a Baked Ham and Swiss Mini Sub w/ Creamy Tomato Soup.

I used Kroger Brand Private Selection Off- the Bone Smoked Ham. One of my favorite packaged sliced Hams. It has a really great taste to it and only 70 calories per serving. Love these Subs!

Then I also heated up some Amy’s Organic Creamy Tomato Soup. My favorite Tomato Soup by far. I’ve been using this a couple of years now. Creamy with a fantastic flavor and it’s 110 calories and 19 carbs. I also had a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Swirl Frozen Yogurt.

Smoked Cajun Turkey, Rosemary Ham, and Swiss Grilled Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Smoked Cajun Turkey, Rosemary Ham, and Swiss Grilled Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

Our nice weather left real quickly, snow flurries and a wind chill in the 20's.  Went to the grocery early and then spent most of the afternoon cleaning my Hoveround Chair and then catching up on laundry. For dinner tonight, Smoked Cajun Turkey, Rosemary Ham, and Swiss Grilled Sandwich w/ Baked Fries.

I picked up a Jennie - O Premium Portions Hickory Smoked Cajun Style Turkey Breast, try saying that five times real fast! I love these, great sliced, for sandwiches, and just the right size for 1 or 2 people (1.39 lbs). Plus it's only it's only 50 calories and 1 carb per serving! It comes already seasoned and precooked. Just serve cold or heated up. I heated up a few slices in the oven for the sandwich. So I had the Turkey and I also had a couple of slices of Kroger Private Selection Oven Roasted Rosemary Ham. Topped it with Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese and Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Spread. Served it on a couple of slices of Klosterman Wheat Bread and then grilled in a medium size skillet with a 1/2 Tbs of Blue Bonnet Light Stick Butter.

Then for a side I baked some  Ore Ida Simply Cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt Country Style Fries, served with a side of Hunt's Ketchup. For dessert later a Del Monte No Sugar Added Peach Chunk Cup.
