Kitchen Hint of the Day!
The next time you make a pie, add a little flavor to the crust by tossing a pinch of ground spice or a few minced herbs into the flour. Use cinnamon or ginger with an apple or dessert pie, and try finely chopped parsley with a quiche or meat pie.
