Jennie - O Recipe of the Week - Salt Lake City Crown Turkey Burger

Salt Lake City Crown Turkey Burger


Ingredients
½ cup salad dressing
3 tablespoons ketchup
4 JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Seasoned White Turkey Patties
4 slices American cheese
4 crusty round rolls, split and toasted
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 slices tomato
3 ounces JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Pastrami, warmed



Directions
In small bowl, combine salad dressing and ketchup; set aside

Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Top each burger with a cheese slice.

Spread ketchup mixture on rolls. Add lettuce, tomato, patties and pastrami. Cover with bun tops.
