Hint #1 - All berries should be firm and their color bright.
Hint #2 - Choose only bright red strawberries and plump firm blueberries that light to dark blue.
Hint #3 - Berries; can be defrosted by placing them in a plastic bag and immersing them in cold water for about 10-12 minutes.
