Kitchen Hint of the Day!

Accidentally over salted the soup your making? Here's a helpful hint on how to save it. Depending on how salty your soup is, drop one or two peeled potatoes in it. The potatoes will absorb both water and salt so let them simmer in the pot for 15-20 minutes. Remove the potatoes and add extra water if your soup seems thicker.
