Hey everyone, usually on Wednesday's I have a recipe from Wild Idea Buffalo to share with all of you. But today instead of a recipe I'm going to pass along some info and back ground on Wild Idea Buffalo. I've been ordering my Buffalo from Wild Idea for a few years now. I've tried other Buffalo or Bison but none can really compare to best tasting Buffalo there is that I have found! So here's a little history and info on Wild Idea Buffalo!
