Dried Herbs........


Dried herbs are typically cheaper than fresh – and they last much longer. Try using them in place of fresh, particularly if the recipe only calls for a small amount of the fresh. Restock your dried herbs regularly, and for an extra punch of flavor, try rubbing them between your fingertips, which will release any oil that’s left in the leaves.
