Pork Loin Chop w/ Whole Wheat Gnocchi...

Dinner Tonight: Pork Loin Chop w/ Whole Wheat Gnocchi, Spinach, and Whole Wheat Bread.

Had a Bone - In Pork Loin Chop seasoned with McCormick Applewood Rub and to keep it moist and juicy I added  some Apple Juice about midway through frying. Had sides of Gia Russa brand Whole Wheat Gnocchi, Spinach, and a slice of Aunt Millie's Hearth Whole Grain Bread. It was the first time I had tried the Gia Russa Gnocchi. It came out very tender and quite tasty! Easily fixed boil for 2 to 3 minutes and it's done.
