Turkey Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS
2 cups uncooked macaroni1 (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Turkey Franks, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1½ cups shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1) Cook macaroni as specified on the package or until al dente; drain.
2) Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey franks. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally; remove from pan. In same pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour; stir 1 minute.
3) Gradually whisk in milk. Whisk to remove any lumps. Cook 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add macaroni and turkey franks; stir to combine.
