Creamy Herb Dip
Crackers need some classing up? Freshen your snack time with this savory, creamy, veggie-packed dip. Low in carbs and ready in under 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free sour cream
4 ounces goat cheese, softened
½ pound diced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast
¼ cup minced green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained
crackers, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1) In medium bowl combine sour cream and goat cheese until smooth.
2) Add turkey, green onion, parsley and sun-dried tomato; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, if desired.
