Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Frozen Berries are filled with just as many healthy antioxidants as fresh ones, and in winter they are an excellent source of vitamin C and small amounts of vitamin A and calcium. If you're not going to enjoy the berries while they're still frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator. The fruit will have time to reabsorb its sugars as it thaws.
