Leftover: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

Dinner Tonight Leftover BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast, not much of an appetite this morning. More rain and 50 degrees outside today. There is flooding all over this area, the Ohio River is up over its
banks. They say no rain tomorrow and I hope they are right we need to dry out around here. Cleaned the house today and did a couple of loads of laundry. Today is Mom's Birthday, she turns 91! I hope that if I reach her age that I'm as in good as health as her! People see her and how she gets around and they can't believe she's 91. Happy Birthday Mom, I love you! For Dinner tonight I heated up the leftover BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast . Tonight its BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

I've left the original post from the other night for description and recipe. Enjoy!

I'm using the Wild Idea Buffalo Chuck Roast. This is so tender and incredibly flavorful. It comes
already cooked and seasoned, so just heat and serve! Seasoned with, Organic Apple Cider, Organic Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Cumin, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper. And that’s why it’s so flavorful! Delicious Pulled Buffalo that you just heat and serve.

I used a small sauce pan that I sprayed with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray. Added the Buffalo and
heated it on medium low until heated through. I served it on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Hamburger Bun and topped it with some Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce. What a sandwich, just incredible flavor! The Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast is so flavorful and tender. It just has such a deep and rich flavor to it.

For my Fries I’m using Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.

BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

Dinner Tonight: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast on this Sunday Morning I made some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, Heated up some Meijer Diced Ham, fried an Egg Sunnyside Up, made a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hashbrowns in a bow and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns then put the Sunnyside Up Egg on to top it off! One delicious Breakfast anytime of the week! Its a Wintery Morning out today. We've had Rain, Sleet, Snow Flurries, and Freezing Rain. Snowing or raining most of the day. Sort of down and out today, still dealing with my Sinuses. Rested most of the day. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

I'm using the Wild Idea Buffalo Chuck Roast. This is so tender and incredibly flavorful. It comes already cooked and seasoned, so just heat and serve! BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast on this Saturday Morning Mom prepared some French Toast. For our Syrup for the French Toast we used Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup, only 20 calories per serving! Then I
heated up some Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. And as always I had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Mom makes the French Toast around! Love a good Breakfast! Partly cloudy and 57 degrees out, I actually seen some sunshine! Finally drying out after 2 days of heavy rain, but more showers on the way Sunday. Got the cart out of the shed along with the rake and leaf blower. Leaves and limbs everywhere after the wind and rain of two days. Got the front yard and deck all raked and clean. The backyard and side yards were to  wet for me to get my cart on. Watched some College Football for the rest of the afternoon. For Dinner tonight its a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries.

So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries. I had been wanting the Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast for a while. I went to the freezer to find a package and thought I was out of it but then found a 1/2 pack of it in bottom pull out drawer of the freezer. I laid the package in the fridge overnight to thaw. Wild Idea Buffalo Chuck Roast, this is so tender and incredibly flavorful. It comes already cooked and seasoned, so just heat and serve! Seasoned with, Organic Apple Cider, Organic Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Cumin, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper.

Leftovers - BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

Dinner Tonight: Leftovers - BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast this morning I had a bowl of Cherrio's and later had my morning cup of the always
enjoyable Bigelow Decaf Green Tea! After Breakfast I started a couple of loads of laundry for Mom. Outside we had a passing thunderstorm and showers early. Rest of the day mostly cloudy and near 70 degrees. After Lunch I replaced the weather striping on both the front door and back door. Our Spring spraying for Ants and other Crawlers was this morning. We have everything sprayed 4 times a year. Did a few chores around the house until it was time for Dinner. Tonight it's the always delicious Leftovers! I reheated the BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

No way I was going to let these bad boy of BBQ Sandwiches go to waste! I just put the Leftovers in a small sauce pan on medium heat until heated through. I also baked some more Ore Ida Crinkle Fries, served with Hunt's Ketchup. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Jolly Time Pop Corn. Below I've left part of the original post from last night on prep instructions and details. Enjoy!

BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich

Dinner Tonight: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

Started my day off with a toasted Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin, a Scrambled Egg, 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, and a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast did some work outside. Got the cart out and went around the house spraying the yard and flower beds for weeds, we have a lot of them this year. Then after Lunch me and Mom had a update meeting with the rehab center. They said there is a possibility that Dad be put in assisted living. It's a very tough decision, not sure what we are going to do. Back home finished up outside. Nice day out, 80 degrees and mostly sunny. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

Today's Menu: Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

Had to start my morning off by going to the Dermatologist, my least favorite doctor exam to go to. But I always have to play it safe being a Melanoma Cancer Survivor, so it's worth it. And everything has been looking so good the Doctor has moved my visits to just a yearly visit! I've come along way, health wise. Another cold morning, especially with the wind. Stopped by Kroger for Mom after the doctors and back home. Anyway for dinner tonight I prepared a Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries.

I used the Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast. This is so tender and incredibly flavorful. It comes already cooked and seasoned. It’s seasoned with, Organic Apple Cider, Organic Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Cumin, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper. And that’s why it’s so flavorful! Delicious Buffalo Meat that you just heat and serve. I served it on a Healthy Life Whole Grain Hamburger Bun and topped it with just a bit JB’s Fat Boy Chipotle BBQ Sauce. What a sandwich! For a side I baked some Ore Ida Simply Cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt Country Style Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Fajitas

Dinner Tonight: Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Fajitas

Beautiful morning out today! It heated up though as the day went on, mid 80's. Had the cart out early doing some minor repair work on it and then rode around most of the morning. Went to Walmart and picked up a few items and purchased some eave drain pipe extension hoses for some of the drain pipes and back home for the day. For dinner tonight Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Fajitas.

Leftovers from Dinner 2 nights ago turns into tonight's dinner! I'm using  the Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast that I made a Sandwich out of and using it for Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Fajitas tonight! To make my Fajita I'll be using; Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast, Ole Fajita Flour Tortillas, Wholly Guacamole, Daisy Light Sour Cream, Fresh Cilantro, Diced Red Onion, and Sliced Sweet Peppers.

I think you could use the Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast for any dish and it would be delicious! It comes marinated in Organic Apple Cider, Organic Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Cumin, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper. So with all that you know it's going to be good! For dessert later tonight a bowl of Breyer's Carb Smart Vanilla Bean Ice Cream topped with some fresh sliced Georgia Peaches that I picked up earlier. Too Good!

Pulled Buffalo BBQ Sandwich w/ Green Beans and Fried Apples

Dinner Tonight: Pulled Buffalo BBQ Sandwich w/ Green Beans and Fried Apples

Cooler out again today, with a cool wind. Went to Meijer early this morning to pick up some Jennie - O Turkey items, Breakfast Sausage, Sausage Links, and Ground Turkey Breast. Fully stocked now! For dinner tonight it's a Pulled Buffalo BBQ Sandwich w/ Green Beans and Fried Apples.

A light and healthy dinner tonight. I used Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo, in a 1 lb. package. A great item to have in the freezer, just thaw and heat it up! It comes already seasoned with a blend of spices. After heating it up I served it on a Aunt Millie's Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Bun and topped it with JB’s Fat Boy Chipotle BBQ Sauce. I love BBQ Sandwich’s but using Pulled Buffalo makes it that much more delicious! The Pulled Buffalo is so moist and flavorful, not to mention healthier than Beef.

Then for sides i heated a can of Del Monte Cut Green Beans, probably my favorite veggie. Then I had another side of Fried Apples. Easy to prepare, all you need is Granny Smith Apples, a tbs. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Splenda Sugar. I always use a Cast Iron Skillet to fry them in. I usually have these for Breakfast, but just sounded good for Dinner to go with the Pulled Buffalo and Green Beans. For dessert/snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Jolly Time Pop Corn.
