Bison Pasta Saladyield 6-8
Ingredients
1 lb. cooked cork screw noodles
1 (8-oz.) can black olives, chopped
10 cherry tomatoes
12 oz. Bison summer sausage, chopped
7 T. Parmesan cheese, grated into small pieces
1 (16-oz.) Seven Seas Viva Herbs
1 bunch broccoli flowerets Spices dressing
2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
8 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1 - Combine cooked noodles, broccoli, onions, zucchini, cheese and dressing in dish. Refrigerate overnight.
2 - Add Bison summer sausage and tomatoes just before serving.
