Dinner Tonight: Baked Chicken Breast Strips w/ Loaded Peppered Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Cut Green Beans
After a light Breakfast I headed out to my Dermatologist to have cyst checked out. With my past
history of Melanoma I was worried about it, it came up very quickly. After an exam he told me there is nothing to worry about! All clear. Quite a relief off my mind. After leaving the Doctors I stopped by McDonald's and let Mom pick up Breakfast for her and Dad. Back at home nothing going on today, all caught up on everything. I had some Shows recorded I've been wanting to watch so I caught up on them. For dinner tonight I prepared Baked Chicken Breast Strips w/ Loaded Peppered Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Cut Green Beans.
I wanted something easy to prepare for dinner tonight, easy but still delicious! Nothing easier and
more delicious than Pilgrim’s Southern Style Breast Strips, it’s always a great go to when you want that easy to prepare meal! It’s the best Frozen Chicken that I’ve found by far. Very easy to prepare; Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange frozen chicken breast strips in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165° F as measured by use of a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the chicken breast fritter. And Chicken is served! As I said it’s some of the best frozen Chicken you can find! Excellent seasoned breading and very meaty, and easy to prepare. Served it with a side of JB’s Fat Boy Sticky Stuff BBQ Sauce.
Then for a side dish I tried a new one, Idahoan Fully Loaded Peppered Bacon and Cheddar. I had seen this the other day at Kroger and had to grab a package to try it out! Easy to prepare; Just add 2 cups of water to a medium sized sauce pan and heat water on high to a boil. Remove boiling water from heat and immediately stir in entire pouch of potatoes. Mix thoroughly using a fork to moisten all potatoes and let stand 1 minute. Stir well and serve. as I said easy to prepare and it makes one delicious side dish! The Potatoes have great flavor, really enjoyed them. I'll keep an extra bag or 2 in the pantry.
I also heated up a small can of Del Monte Cut Green Beans with Sea Salt. I could have Green Beans every day, love them! Then I had 1 slice of Aunt Millie's Whole Grain Bread topped with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Swirl Frozen Greek Yogurt.
