Want to freeze a cake, but don't want the frosting to stick to the plastic wrap? Here's a handy tip for doing just that. First, put it in the freezer without any wrapping. Once the frosting is frozen, cover the cake with plastic wrap. The cold frosting won't stick to the wrap.
