Kitchen Hint of the Day!

For the Meatloaf lovers, a tip sent to me by Toni.



When preparing a meatloaf, try rubbing the top and sides with a small amount of water instead of tomato sauce. This will stop the meatloaf from cracking and drying out as it cooks - and who wants a dry meatloaf? If you like a tomato flavor, add tomato sauce 15 minutes before the meat is fully cooked.
