Walking Turkey Taco



(Made with Lean Ground Turkey)



Ingredients
½ (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons BUFALO® salsa picante classic hot sauce
2 cups HERDEZ® yellow and white corn masa tortilla chips
⅓ cup WHOLLY SALSA® roasted tomato salsa
½ cup drained canned corn kernels
½ cup rinsed and drained canned black beans
⅓ cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® spicy dip
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
lime, if desired



Directions
Cook turkey according to package directions. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by meat thermometer. Add chili powder. Cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in hot sauce.

Arrange chips in three disposable leak-proof bags. Spoon turkey over chips.

Top with salsa, corn, black beans, guacamole and onion. Garnish with lime, if desired.
