Dinner Tonight: Chicken and Waffles w/ Green Beans
Had a quick and easy meal for dinner. It was a very busy day today around the house so wanted something that was delicious but quick and easy to make. I had Pigrims Pride Southern Style Chicken Breast Strips. Great tasting and a breeze to fix. Just heat them up in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and they are ready. I then took a can of Pillsbury Biscuits, 3 Biscuits are only 150 calories, and put them in a Waffle Iron. These work great as quick and easy way to make Waffles. Had a side of Green Beans.
