Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast

Dinner Tonight: Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast

It's one foggy morning out there this morning. I can see the house next door and that's about it. For
Breakfast this morning I heated up a Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage, Egg White, and Cheddar Cheese
Breakfast Scramble Cup. Also had a cup of of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I went to the Kroger up the road to pick up a Prescription for Mom and a few items she needed. Then stopped by McDonald's and picked up Breakfast for her, she loves those McDonald's Breakfasts! Got the leaf blower out and cleaned off the deck and driveway areas. Then spent most of the afternoon on the phone with a computer problem, finally got it fixed but it took a while! For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast.

Why not an American Favorite Food on Labor Day! For the Wings I’m using Kroger Oven Roasted Chicken Wings. I started by heating the oven on 425 degrees F., same temperature I’ll need for my
Fries and Texas Toast. I took a small Baking Sheet and lined it with foil. Then sprayed it with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray. Spread the Wings out across the sheet and baked them for 33 minutes, turning them once after 17 minutes. I love Wings, and these are excellent Wings! Served them with Dipping Sauces of Hidden Valley Buffalo/Ranch Dressing and Litehouse Light Blue Cheese Dressing.

With the oven already heated I baked my Fries. I used Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup.

I also baked up some slices of New York Bakery Light Texas Toast. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.

Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast

Dinner Tonight: Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast

Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast. Happy Labor Day to everyone out there! Outside it's mostly sunny and 94 degrees. The pollen count and mold count was high so I didn't get out much today. Really suffering with the allergies today! Got some cleaning done and that was about it for this Labor Day. For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries and Light Texas Toast.

Dry Rub BBQ Chicken Wings and Baked Crinkle Cut Fries

Dinner Tonight: Dry Rub BBQ Chicken Wings and Baked Crinkle Cut Fries

For Breakfast on this Monday Morning I Scrambled a couple of Eggs, toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. It's 85 degrees and humid again
outside rain moving in later. I was on the phone most of the day, We are in the process of moving Dad to a different Long Term Care Facility. We are not happy with the care that Dad receives. He's not mistreated or anything like that but the Center is understaffed and the Food is pretty bad. So we've found a different place for him. Hope it all works out. For Dinner tonight I prepared Dry Rub BBQ Chicken Wings and Baked Crinkle Cut Fries. It's Freezer Week Dinners for this week. The freezer is getting a little full. You buy an item and it gradually gets pushed back by other items bought and slowly becomes a "Forgotten Freezer Item" So this week I'm digging through the freezer for my meals this week. Tonight Wings and Fries.

I prepared some of the Kroger Dry Rub BBQ Chicken Wings. I really enjoy these Kroger Brand Wings! they 3 or 4 different types of Seasoned Wings. I like these and the Buffalo Wings. I’ll be baking these, I preheated the oven to 425 degrees. Used a baking sheet, lined it with foil and sprayed it with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray. I lined the Wings up on the foil and seasoned them with the BBQ Dry Rub that came with the Wings. I then baked them for 17 minutes, flipping them over after 8 minutes. These turned out to be an excellent Wing! Excellent BBQ Dry Rub. Served these with a side of Litehouse Light Blue Cheese Dressing.

To go with my Wings I prepared some Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Cut French Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt's Ketchup. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.

Baked Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Baked Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a couple of Eggo Waffles and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I had to go to Meijer and pick some things up for the Thanksgiving Dinner. The stores are getting crowded early today, everyone picking stuff up for Thanksgiving. I stopped by McDonald's and picked up Breakfast for Mom and Dad on the way back home. I cleaned the house today, we have a few people coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow. Also did a load of laundry for Mom. Well my Scans, Blood Work, and Exam all came back Cancer Free! Going om 14th year, this coming year, Cancer Free! For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries.

Mom had a bag of Tyson Smoky BBQ Wings so I prepared the whole bag of them for everyone for Dinner. To prepare them I just followed the instructions on the bag. Preheated the oven to 450°F. Then lined a rimmed baking sheet with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. Placed the frozen chicken wing sections on the pan in a single layer. Then baked the on upper rack for 38 minutes, until the juices ran clear when thickest part of the chicken temperature read 180°F. on an instant thermometer. The Wings came out perfect! They crisped up nice and had and excellent Smokey BBQ flavor. I had a side of Litehouse Lite Bleu Cheese Dressing for dipping the Wings in.

To go with the Wings I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with
McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. I also cut up some Celery Sticks for a side. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.
