Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Low Carb Snacks..........
Going low carb but still want snacks......Make them protein-rich. Hard-boiled eggs, slices of hard cheese, a handful of nuts. Also drink 8 to 12 eight-ounce glasses of water a day to flush toxins from your body.
