Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin and topped it with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I got the leaf blower out and cleaned up around the deck and driveway areas. It's another beautiful day out here, 82 degrees and mostly sunny! Headed out to Meijer, they had some items on sale I needed. Dad did good his first day back home. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

Time to satisfy that Buffalo Burger craving! I used the Wild Idea Buffalo Buffalo Burgers. I always
have a couple of packages of them in the freezer so I grabbed one of the patties and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. To prepare it I seasoned it with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it, on medium heat, in Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil about 3 1/2 minutes per side. Buffalo gets done rather quickly due to it’s so lean. After I flipped it, I topped it with a slice of Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese and then served it on an Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Bun. Lean and delicious, love these Buffalo Burgers!

Then for a side I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For dessert later a Weight Watcher's Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Bar.

Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin and topped it with
Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Then I prepared some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns along with frying up a couple of Jennie - O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Had a brief morning passing shower but it went through quickly. Got the leaf blower out and cleaned up around the deck and driveway areas. After Lunch headed over to see Dad for a while. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

Time to satisfy that Buffalo Burger craving! And like most of the time I used the Wild Idea Buffalo Buffalo Burger. I always have a couple of packages of them in the freezer so I grabbed one of the patties and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin and topped it with
Smucker's Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I headed out to Meijer to pick up a few items and then stopped at McDonald's to pick up Breakfast for Mom. Back home had Lunch and then headed over to see Dad. He's made great progress and as long as there are no setbacks he'll be released next week! He's been gone about 1 1/2 months, be good to have him back home. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I fried up some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, heated 2 JimmyDean Breakfast Turkey Sausage Links, toasted 1 slice of Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread, and a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I headed out to McDonald’s to pick up Breakfast for Mom. In the 20's to start the day but the sun came out and it warmed up to a high of 60 degrees! Stayed home all day today and caught up on some laundry, cleaning the house, and got out the leaf blower and cleaned up the deck and driveway areas. Beautiful afternoon out! Got everything done so I kicked back and watched some shows I had recorded. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

It had been too long since I've had one of my Buffalo Burgers, in fact too long! I used the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb. Buffalo Burger. Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Another cool Fall morning outside, 28 degrees with a cold breeze. For Breakfast I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin to make a Breakfast Sandwich with. Then I lightly fried some Boar's Head Deluxe Ham, added a slice of Sargento Ultra Thin to the Ham as it finishing cooking. Layered it on the English Muffin, and done! Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I headed out to McDonald's to pick up Breakfast for Mom and Dad. Not a whole lot going on today. Sort of tired i think I have my late Fall Sinus Infection. So I rested a lot today. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

Had to get my Buffalo Burger Craving taken care of today! I used the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb.

Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Another beautiful Fall morning outside, not quite as chilly. For Breakfast I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin that lightly buttered with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I headed out to Meijer to pick some ingredients for a new recipe for Wednesday. I'm going to be making. Can't wait to try this one! Anyway back home not a lot going on today, caught up on everything. So I ran some scans on the computer and added some updates. Then kicked back and got caught up on some programs I had recorded. Nice relaxing day. For Dinner tonight its my favorite Burger Night. I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

I used the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb. Buffalo Burger. I always have a couple of packages of them in the freezer so I grabbed one of the patties and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Had some Phantom Pains last night, but not to painful and they didn't last long. For Breakfast I
toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin and fried up some Thin-Sliced Kahn's Deluxe Bologna. Which made up a delicious Breakfast Sandwich. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Did some house cleaning today, vacuumed, dusted, etc. Then later I cleaned and straightened our big stand-up freezer, and it needed it! Mom's a bit of pack rat. She buys a lot of stuff, freezes it, and then it's forgotten about. So I finally got that taken care of and kicked back and watched the NASCAR Race. For dinner tonight, it's time to satisfy my Burger Craving! I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

When I have that  Burger craving I use the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb. Buffalo Burger. I have a couple
of packages of them in the freezer so I grabbed one of the patties and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. To prepare it I seasoned it with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. After I flipped it, I topped it with a slice of Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese and served it on an Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Bun. For me its Burger Heaven! Lean and delicious, love these Burgers!

Then for a side I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. I normally have Ore Ida Crinkle
Fries but I wanted to change it up a bit so I’m going with the Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries again. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 18 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Mousse.

Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries

Started my day off with a couple of Eggs (Scrambled) and a couple of toasted slices of Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread (Lightly Buttered). Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Did a few things around the house and then got the leaf blower out and cleaned around the deck and driveway. Then after Lunch I headed out to go see Dad for the rest of the day. He'll be coming home on June 28th. Nice day out today, it's in the mid 80's but the humidity isn't nearly as bad as its been. So for Dinner tonight it's one of my favorites, a Wild Idea Buffalo Burger! I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.

Had my favorite Burger, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb. Buffalo Burger. I had a package of them in the freezer so I grabbed one and let it thaw overnight in the fridge. To prepare it I seasoned it with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it in Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 3 1/2 minutes per side.
