Grab a wood cutting board.............
Here's a great idea for appetizers at your next party. Top a big cutting board with three to five different cheeses. Add fresh grapes, fresh cut celery sticks, baguette slices, and crackers. Delicious appetizers that stand out on a cutting board!

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Don't forget to clean that wooden cutting board....
Disinfect wood cutting boards by hand washing with vinegar. Another way is to dry the board completely and sprinkle it with the salt or baking soda. Scrub out the stain using a sponge or a brush dipped into hot water and repeat as needed. A clean board is a happy board!

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Clean that cutting board!...
Cutting boards or bread boards need only soap and water to get clean, but you can make them look newer by rubbing salt over them with a wet cloth. After you rinse, plastic ones can be left to dry, but wooden ones do best if you towel them dry so they don't warp.

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Reserve one cutting board for raw meats, poultry, and fish; use other cutting boards for prepping vegetables, cheeses, and cooked meats.
