Cleaning up the grill..........
There are many ways to clean your grill, here's two ways! Cut an onion in half. Stick it with some prongs, or a fork, using the moist side to make contact with a hot grill. No onions, no problem just use some aluminium foil. First spray vinegar on your grill plate, wait until you can breath in its vicinity and then use a ball of aluminium foil to remove all traces of the dirt.

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
It's grilling season............
Once a year, check the lava rocks or briquettes on your gas grill. If they are very parched or grease, replace them. Dirty stones give the food a bad taste when you cook on them.

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Spring Cleaning: The Grill......
Use a cleaning utensil and soapy water to remove any gunk that has accumulated on the inside or outside of your grill. If you have a wire brush, consider replacing it. The wire bristles can fall off and cause serious injury if ingested. To avoid a trip to the emergency room, use a nylon brush, wooden scraper or grill-cleaning cloth. If you remove the burners and gas tubes for cleaning, make sure to cover their connection points with aluminum foil so they don’t corrode. Once you’ve scrubbed sufficiently, use a towel to dry the grill.
